📦 Returns & Refunds Policy

🔁 Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • The return package must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Items should not be sent back to the manufacturer.

📌 Restocking Fees

The following restocking fees apply to approved returns and cancellations:

  • Full Size Facemasks: 22%
  • All Other Items: 20%

⏳ Order Cancellation Policy

Orders begin processing immediately after purchase, and inventory may be reserved upon checkout.

Because of non-refundable payment processing fees and the specialty collectible nature of our products, cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be refunded to the original payment method.

Approved cancellations may be issued as store credit redeemable on future purchases.

Important

  • Once tracking information has been issued for an order, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, compatibility information, and order details before completing checkout.
  • Orders placed incorrectly, including compatibility or fitment-related mistakes, do not guarantee eligibility for a monetary refund.
  • Custom-built, modified, made-to-order, or special request items may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation or production has begun.
  • We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests at our discretion.

🛠 Custom Facemask Order Cancellations

Custom-built facemasks — including both Full Size and Mini facemasks — enter production shortly after purchase.

If a custom facemask order is canceled more than 24 hours after purchase, the standard restocking fee will apply:

  • Full Size Facemasks: 22%
  • Mini Facemasks & All Other Items: 20%

These fees apply because materials, labor allocation, and build preparation begin shortly after the order is placed.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will be issued a store credit redeemable on future purchases.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item:

  1. Return your original item (if eligible).
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

📦 Bulk Orders

Orders containing 5 or more of the same item are considered bulk orders and are not eligible for return.

Rocker T Collectibles is a low-volume seller, and bulk orders are often custom-built or specially ordered from distributors. These orders are considered final sale.

If you have questions before placing a bulk order, please contact us first.


💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.


⏱ Missing or Late Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider — posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank — additional processing delays can occur.

If you still have not received your refund, email us via our Contact Us page. 


🚫 Sale & Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return.

All sale items and Clearance Section items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


📬 Return Shipping

Additional return shipping terms:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

For items valued over $100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


❗ Damaged Items

Please do not send damaged items back without contacting us first.

If your item was damaged during shipping:

  • Visit Contact Us and tell us immediately.
  • Keep the original packaging and shipping container.
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The damaged item(s)
    • The shipping box and packaging

Please retain all materials until the claim is resolved. You may be asked to present them to your local post office or carrier for inspection.

Once the claim is approved, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged item claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
