📦 Returns & Refunds Policy
🔁 Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date your order is delivered by the shipping carrier. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in the original packaging.

The return package must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

📌 Restocking Fees

Full Size Facemasks: 22% restocking fee

All other items: 20% restocking fee
🔄 Exchanges
We do not process exchanges.
If you'd like a different item:

Return your original item (if eligible) for a refund.

Place a new order for the item you want instead.
📦 Bulk Orders
Orders of 5 or more of any single item are considered bulk orders and are not eligible for return.
Rocker T Collectibles is a low-volume seller. Bulk orders are either custom-built or specially ordered from distributors and are final sale.
If you’re unsure about placing a bulk order, please contact us before ordering.
💳 Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
⏱ Missing or Late Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

Recheck your bank account.

Contact your credit card company — it may take time to post.

🚫 Sale & Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return.
Sale items and Clearance Section items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
For items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
❗ Damaged Items
Do not send damaged items back.
If your item was damaged in shipping:

Email orders@RockerTCollectibles.com right away.

Keep the original packaging and shipping container.

Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and the shipping box.

Retain both until the claim is resolved — you may be asked to present them to your local post office for inspection.
Once your claim is approved, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement.
Damaged item claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

Rocker T Collectibles reserves the right to refuse business to anyone.
