🛍️ Ordering & Availability

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Most of our items—especially Schutt and VSR4 parts—are no longer in production. Once they sell out, they’re gone for good unless we find more in a future buy.

Q: Can I place a custom order?
A: In most cases, no—we typically produce custom-made items in bulk. This helps us keep production costs (and retail prices) lower for everyone. For that reason, we usually can’t chrome or finish a single facemask on request. However, if you’re looking for a custom style that fits our lineup, we might be able to build it and add it to a future production run. Feel free to reach out with your idea!

Q: Do you sell complete helmets?
A: No—we specialize in parts and accessories like facemasks, chinstraps, clips, and shell components. We do not sell full-size or mini helmets as complete, ready-to-wear or display items.


🚚 Shipping & Handling

Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Custom full size and mini facemask orders typically take 3–6 weeks to build and coat unless otherwise noted.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Q: Will I get tracking info?
A: Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.


⚙️ Product Info & Fit

Q: What helmets do your facemasks fit?
A: Facemasks are listed with compatibility in the product description. Many are designed to fit:

  • Riddell VSR4 (S, M, L standard shell)

  • Riddell Little Pro Air II

  • Schutt Air XP, XP Elite, Air Advantage, and others
    If you're not sure, reach out before ordering!

Q: Are your mini helmet facemasks made for Riddell Speed or VSR4 shells?
A: Both! Each product will specify whether it’s made for Speed or VSR4 mini helmets.

Q: How do I install a facemask or chinstrap?

🧾 Returns & Cancellations

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, we do accept returns—but please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee applies to all returns: 20% for most items and 22% for full-size facemasks. That said, if we made a mistake with your order, we’ll take full responsibility and make it right.

Q: Can I cancel a custom facemask order?
A: Custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and materials are allocated.
