The “First Gen” facemasks were the original reverse hookup styles created by Schutt, introduced in the 1980s and used through the early 1990s. These are easily distinguished by their unique side clip mounting points—slightly different from later Super Pro models. If you're restoring a vintage helmet or building an era-accurate replica, this is the exact piece you need.
