Returns or Exchanges:

 

RETURNS: Our policy lasts 10 days from receiving your delivery from the shipping carrier. If 10 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Your return package must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the order. Also, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returned items except Full Size Facemasks are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Full Size Facemasks have a 25% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES: We do not exchange orders. You would need to return(see above for Return qualifications) your item for a refund and place a separate order for the other item you needed to exchange for.  

BULK PURCHASES: (5 or more of any one particular item) are not eligible for returns. Rocker T Collectibles is a low volume seller. Bulk orders are built custom or purchased from a distributor due to customer purchase only. Once a bulk order has been fulfilled, these items become your property. If you feel there is a chance you could possibly order something in bulk by mistake, contact Rocker T Collectibles BEFORE ordering. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

HIGH VALUE ORDERS: These are orders that value $400+(not including shipping or sales tax charges). High Value Orders will require a signature by an adult at delivery. The "signature at delivery" postage charge will be paid by Rocker T and not the customer. But please be aware that an adult will need to be present at delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order processes. If you cannot be present upon delivery day, you can coordinate with the USPS to pick your package up at your local post office. 

REFUNDS: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING FUNDS: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
support@rockertcollectibles.com.

SALE ITEMS & CLEARANCE SECTION ITEMS: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Sale items or Clearance Section items cannot be refunded or returned for exchange in any way.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Do not mail back your damaged items. Contact Rocker T Collectibles by email support@rockertcollectibles.com to alert us of the damage. It is your responsibility to keep original packaging and the shipping container for inspection if an item or items you’ve ordered was damaged in shipping. You need to provide photographic evidence of the damage to your item(s) and the shipping container. The item(s) and the shipping container will need to be retained until the damage claim has been resolved. The shipping service could possibly ask to see the evidence of the damage. This could require you taking the shipping container and item(s) to your local post office for inspection to resolve the claim. A full refund will be submitted or replacement item(s) will be shipped once your claim has been resolved. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by negligence from Rocker T. Exchanges for damages can only occur within 10 days of receiving your item.
